1965 Mustang convertible V8 Automatic rust free and in excellent condition

This car is so clean and tidy with lovely rust free body work and many original touches that we just had to buy it and bring it to the UK. Just look at that floor pan photo! No thats not a new Ford Mondeo thats a 1965 Mustang convertible!

More specifically this car would be known in the Mustang circles as a 1964. 5 model as it sports a 260 V 8 as well as the early features of the first built Mustangs that came off the line. Differences from 1965 cars include a remote power steering pump reservoir. A generator rather than a later models alternator. twin horn assemblies mounted on front frame rails rather than on radiator support and of course the 260 V 8 Engine
Really this car needs very little description. Its a lovely shade of vintage Burgundy. is solid as the day it was born. Runs like a sewing machine and is in excellent condition.

This car is what enthusiasts dream of. An unmolested. no rust excellent running car that can be used and enjoyed and that will appreciate from the day you own it.

Car has now passed MOT and can be registered as soon as a deposit is taken

This it the type of convertible everyone wants. A very original and exceedingly solid car thats not been messed with. This car has older paint in good condition. If there were any hidden issues under the paint to come out of this cars body they would have shown years ago. No bubbles. rust or other nasties on this body
Interior. a lovely original interior. You can see the wear on the top of the interior door panels where the previous owner laid his or her arm whilst cruising in this glorious car. This can easily be made to look like new with a quick rub down and spray paint but honestly would you want to lose that patina? Seats have a few age related marks but over all look good. Top in excellent condition and is power operated.

Car starts easily. sounds great and drives wonderful. A beautiful summer cruiser just waiting for a new owner.
