This is a 1959 Ford Galaxie Fairlane 500.

As mentioned we restored this a number of years ago but this is a vintage car. drove very little and has held up well.

This car runs and drives well and moves down the road with a strong 390 V 8 from a 1965 Ford Thunderbird.

Transmission driveline is a C 6 with 3. 71 gears.

With this set up even though the car is large it moves down the road fast.

Changing the driveline out along with wheel size has thrown the speedometer off 70 mph is 60 when cruising with traffic. Going off memory here is a list of things done at time of restoration: full paint (all trim removed). motor rebuild. transmission rebuild. changed out rear end. wheels/tires. brakes. new gas tank. and full interior restoration. If I were going to do any work now with all the items on the market for these cars I would replace the door panels as we repaired ourselves and a full set of knobs. Trying to share as much information as possible to make this sale as fair as possible for both parties involved.
