We are pleased to present this very rare 1979 porsche 930 turbo. One of the last 32 original Japanese spec 930's make this an incredibly rare model. Finished in its original color of Grand Prix white over Black leather. The exterior and interior just went through a total refresh and and shows extremely well. This particular 930 os equipped with authentic RUF speedline wheels. front and rear ctr bumpers. and RUF speed mirrors.
The engine has recently gone through a reseal and freshened up. Compression and leakdown numbers are excellent. the engine fires right up and pulls hard under boost. The 3. 3 l has been converted to a twin turbo setup. utilizing garret gt 28 turbos and a custom intercooller. Boost is controlled via a manual boost controller mounted in the cab and it set at a conservative 12 lbs.
Suspension is the factory bilsteins with adjustable height collars that can be lowered or raised. Rear bushing have been recently replaced as well as the front control arm bushings.
Interior is mostly stock. with the exception of a boost gauge. The seats are power adjustable. sunroof works perfect. brand new seals all around the vehicle including door seals. they were developing cracks. The exterior went through a restoration earlier this year. repainted in its original grand prix white. the 930 shows extremely well and will serve well on the streets or the occasional track day.
