Bid to own this basically brand new 1966 Mustang. Just finished with a Complete Restoration everything repaired or replaced with NOS or Scott Drake reproduction. All documentation and receipts. will be included. We have the original bill of sale. wners manual and keys We started with a one owner 1966 mustang that is numbers matching with a little over 86. 00 original miles in good condition with very little rust and never in an accident. The car was a base coupe that was silver with a black Vinyl top and black interior. It was completely dissembled and taken down to bare metal. New rear quarters were installed as well as the front panel under the battery. All other sheet metal is original. Everything was epoxy sealed primed and the body was assembled and aligned. It was then taken apart and was finished in multiple coats of a beautiful gloss black then clear coated and reassembled. The underside was epoxy sealed and painted semi black. A new vinyl top was installed as well as all new glass. xterior and interior chrome and a complete reproduction interior. For the drive line under the hood the original 289 2 V motor was completely rebuilt with the addition of a Hi/Po cam and a date coded 4 V intake and autolite carburetor with the HI/Po engine dress up kit. The original transmission was completely rebuilt to factory specs. the rear was changed out to a new 3:50 posi unit with a new drive shaft. All bushings. eals. gaskets. body plugs. brake and fuel lines are new. All suspension pieces. all joints steering components including a new power steering cylinder. brakes. drums wheel cylinders have been replaced. The complete wiring harness front to back is new with factory ford headlamps. In addition we also added new exhaust manifolds with the factory correct duel exhaust with the trumpet tips out the back. This triple black 66 with the optional 1966 rally wheels and red line tires looks sounds and drives better than when it came off the showroom floor. I built this for my wife and it is solid and arrow straight however she has decided she wants something different.
