selling my 1978 mk1 fiesta that ive had since 2012. it has mot till august 2017 and 49000 on the clock but has a engine change to a cvh 1. 6 from a mk2 xr2 and 5 speed box fitted. it is a good engine with no smoke and is a lot faster than the 1. 1 that was in the car. i had a scrap mk2 xr2 that ive used to fit as much on to this mk1 like the brakes so it stops very well. also fitted xr2 interior including the dashbord and heater. i have spent lots on parts over the years and have lots of recipes. with new shocks. clutch. wheel bearings. 4 branch manifold. and recent 4 new tyres. the car had a repray before i got it in 2012 and has started to bubble in places like the roof and boot lid but still solid. the floors are solid and have had welding done in the past. this is a 39 year old ford so needs some tlc in places but is still a good reliable car with long mot. i only have back part of log book as sent it off to change engine details and it got lost in post so it is still registered as a 1. 1 but is free for you to apply for one as new owner. will give buyer recipt and copy of back part.
 only selling due to having another fiesta and use that more. so this one has to go. asking 2500ono. car is in london. barnet. EN5 area to view. please do not text silly offers if your interested in buying come and view and make a offer thanks.
