1982 FORD GRANADA 2.0L for sale

Selling on behalf of a local customer who sadly has to give up driving. this lovely MK 2 Ford Granada 2. 0 L with the then optional X pack upgrades.

First registered to a company in 1982. the employee then purchased the car off his firm in 1985 and kept it until the present day. This particular model has the trustworthy 2. 0 litre pinto with 4 speed manual. however at time of purchase the company added the X pack upgrades which included power steering. central locking and a radio cassette. Over the 34 years this car has wanted for nothing and the current owner attended to her every need. including some restoration a number of years ago.

Unlike a lot of Granada's of this age. this particular car is not suffering from the dreaded tin worm and is in fact is in remarkable condition with good paint. trim and chrome.

The interior is even better with hardly any wear and just a small crack on the top of the dash which is common for 1980's Fords. to be honest the interior is more like a 3 year old car.

Under the bonnet is again really nice and the engine and gearbox is very quiet and smooth. I worked on these back in the early 80's and this one drives almost as good as they did back then with suprising performance from just a 2. 0 litre power unit.

I would urge interested buyers to view as these Granada's are getting very rare. especially L models. not withstanding the wonderful condition of this car.
