4 X 4. it runs and drives well. it has all five matching wheels and tires. I was told from the previous owner that the engine and transmission was completely original. I would say the truck is a average driver quality not a show truck. I don't have much knowledge about this kind of pickup. so if you have any questions and knowledge about this kind of truck and you're interested you can tell me what to look for to answer your questions
