FRAME OFF RESTORATION.
A GOOD FRIEND AND CUSTOMER OF MINE THAT I HAVE KNOW FOR 30 PLUS YEARS COMPLETED THIS PROJECT ABOUT TWO YEARS AGO.
HE SPENT OVER $52. 00 COMPLETELY RESTORING THIS VINTAGE BRONCO.
THE MOTOR IS A 302 V 8 THAT WAS BRAND NEW OUT OF THE CRATE.
THE ENTIRE REMAINING COMPONENTS OF THE DRIVE TRAIN WERE ALSO REBUILT.
THE SUSPENSION. EXHAUST AND ALL OTHER MECHANICAL PARTS WERE REBUILT OR REPLACED.
THE VEHICLE IS FINISHED IN A VERY FAINT PEARL WHITE PAINT WITH A TAN INTERIOR UPHOLSTERY.
THE AIR CONDITIONING BLOWS COLD AND EVERYTHING WORKS EXCEPT FOR THE OVERHEAD MAP LIGHTS.
ALL INTERIOR TRIM PIECES WERE REFINISHED OR REPLACED WITH ORIGINAL OR REPLICA PARTS.
THE TOP IS COMPLETELY REMOVABLE FROM BEHIND THE FRONT SEATS ALL THE WAY BACK TO THE TAILGATE.
IT ALSO COMES WITH A FUNCTIONAL LIGHT BAR THAT MOUNTS ONTO THE INTERIOR ROLL BAR.
THE OVERALL VEHICLE IS IN INCREDIBLE CONDITION WITH THE EXCEPTION OF A SMALL SPOT OF CORROSION UNDER THE PASSENGER DOOR HANDLE.
THIS BRONCO WILL MAKE A GREAT COLLECTOR OR WEEKEND DRIVER FOR ANYONE.
IT HAS ABOUT 1200 MILES ON IT SINCE THE RESTORATION.
I DROVE THE VEHICLE 250 OF THOSE MILES.
IT RUNS AND DRIVES GREAT EVEN AT HIGH SPEEDS.
THERE IS A LITTLE PLAY IN THE STEERING WHEEL AT LOWER SPEEDS.
THIS IS VERY COMMON FOR A VEHICLE THAT IS THIS AGE.
