For sale is my 1981 Austin Mini 1000 HL. As can be seen in the pictures. the car is in near perfect original condition. It has only covered 22. 00 miles since new. and only has one other lady owner. The car has been garaged for over 30 years.

The floor pan and wings are all rust free. with only some very miner surface rust in the rear wheel arches caused by stone chips. The tyres and wheels have all be replaced with replica Minilite wheels. Although I have all four original wheels. covers and nuts as well as the original tyres that came from the factory that will be included within the sale.

Paint work is all in very good condition. although the boot lid has been repainted by the previous owner for an unknown reason (probably reversed into the garage). The interior is all in perfect condition. with the back seats only being sat in once or twice. and the front seats in very good condition. with no rips or stains. The only modification to the inside is the addition of a cigarette lighter to charge my sat nav. Has never been smoked in. and all ash trays never been used. All carpets in good condition with no stains or bald patches. There is no radio fitted as standard. and one has not been added to the car.

Sadly due to an accidental clear out by the original lady owner. (she only used it for shopping between Weybridge and Sunbury) a lot of the service history for the car was thrown away. however all the work I have had done since purchasing the car will be included within the sale. As well as a few things such as Original Leyland Cars Hand Book (Including service booklet. hanger. drivers handbook). Some MOT Test Certificates and 2 Sets of Keys.

I notice you have the original wheels for your mini still. I have an HL too and all of my black plastic wheel nut caps have been lost. Would you be prepared to sell yours to me, assuming you still have them with the wheels? Many thanks, Matt
