The Ford Mustang was born in 1964 and was introduced mid-year and was such a huge success it was described by Lee Iacocca as a "Home Run". And speaking of Lee Iacocca this car is autographed on the air cleaner by "Mr. Mustang" himself and even a photograph of Lee with this car.

One of the most desirable features of early Mustangs was the 289 Cubic Inch V 8 as seen in this fine example.

The 289 not only delivered enough horsepower but was smooth and quiet and proved to be extremely dependable.

The 1968 model year saw the first set of mild changes to the front and rear style of the car creating larger taillights and recessed headlamps giving this car a meaner and more muscle-car look.

The classic Mustang style was retained due to popularity and has some of the most iconic looks of any classic cars today.

In addition to the beautiful Meadowlark Yellow paint this '68 has a classic black interior that matches the brand new black convertible top with new rear glass window.
