I am letting go of my first year firebird.  I purchased this car in 2003 and became its third owner. The man who sold it to me used to be a new-car-pontiac salesman and sold the car new to a customer.  Three years later he took the car in on a trade-in and bought it himself until he sold it to me in 2003.  I drove the firebird approximately 100 miles (only in parades) and then put the car into storage in 2008 under a cotton tarp where it has remained until today.  All maintenance records were kept from the previous owner.  The man who sold it to me told me he replaced the top pre-2003 and it still looks new.  He also said there are several things that make this first-year firebird even more rare.  The car has the original wood-grain-look steering wheel. the automatic shifter is on the floor in the center. the engine is a 326 V8 and the car has 73384 original miles on it. the last 100 or so miles are mine.  I have not started the car in seveal years. my brother replaced the brakes just before it went into storage and it has been in storage untouched for these years.  This car is being sold as-is. where-is. with no additional warranties or guarantees.  I drove the car into storage several years ago so it ran great then.  My brother is more the mechanic than me and said that he believes the car has a power steering fluid leak.  I now live 2 hours from the car but I own the storage it is in.  Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.  The car will be shipped and/or transferred only after payment is made.  Title is clear and all of the car is original to my knowledge (besides new top and rechromed front bumper/grill). I believe my firebird has a single muffler system.  My brother. the kindda mechanic. said if memory serves him the car is the 3 speed automatic.  I hope this helps.
