This 914 started as a standard 914 but has been converted to a 914-6 in regards to engine.
It has been a California car most. if not ALL of its life.
This car was chosen for the conversion being it was a rust free (yes. you've read this correctly) California car.
It has been repainted in its ORIGINAL COLOR. Olympic Blue.
The motor has seen a transplant of a stuffed 3. 6 l mass air 1995 993 engine.
We bought this motor as a used motor and I know the mileage was on the receipt. but I just can't locate the paperwork for such.
Sorry. I don't recall the miles on the motor.
The transmission is a complete 915. rebuilt with the Wevo end plate.
It has been chipped. headers. will get to 300 hp. or very close.
The 914"6" has the oil cooler up front.
OEM 15" Fuch (15 x 8 on rear. 15 x 7 on front) wheels with 2. 25 tires.
Interior is all new with the exception of the firewall panel.
Everything works perfectly fine.
The current owner of this 1974 Porsche 914"6" has had this iconic classic in his collection for some time now and has decided to sell it since he rarely has time to enjoy it anymore.
In terms of performance. this 1974 Porsche 914 impresses with massive power. even acceleration and fantastic handling.
Weighing in at 2. 80 lbs with 1/2 tank of fuel. this is a fast and fun sleeper. though it does catch alot of attention - so sleeper it may not be!
