This is a fantastic 911s that I purchased fromt the original owner.  I have the original manuals with the name plate.  I recently had a tune up and misc mechanical items done ($3500 worth) to make this a great driver from a well known Porsche mechanic.  I do have a few records from the previous owner but not all receipts.   The car has had one re-paint.   I encourage serious buyers to call me to discuss the car in detail or to schedule a time to come out and drive the car.  This car will continue to increase in value while you enjoy driving it.
