THIS 40 HAS BEEN IN MY FAMILY SINCE THE LATE 60'S. MY DAD BOUGHT IT IN WILKSBORO NORTH CAROLINIA. IT IS A TRUE PREVIOUS LIQUOR CAR. IT HAD A BULLET HOLE IN THE TOP RIGHT ABOVE THE DRIVERS WINDSHIELD WHEN HE GOT IT AND THE X MEMBER BRACES WERE MISSING IN THE TRUNK  (WHICH ALL WERE REPLACED) WHERE THEY COULD STACK MORE LIQUOR IN IT. I'M SELLING IT BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE THE  ROOM ANY MORE AND GETTING OLDER TOO. DAD RESTORED IT TO ITS ORIGNAL CONDITION - 85HP FLAT HEAD WHIC RUNS GREAT AND DOES NOT RUN HOT EVEN IN THIS 93 DEGREE WEATHER. IT IS NOT A 100% SHOW CAR BUT WAY ABOVE THE AVERAGE DRIVER. PAINT SHINES LIKE NEW. NO RUST. INTERIOR IN VERY NICE. FORD TIRES TREAD LIKE NEW BUT DOES HAVE CRACKS IN SIDE WALLS DUE TO AGE BUT I DRIVE IT REGULARLY. IT RUNS.
