Stunning 1977 Fiat 124 Spider 2. 0 Mot June 2017
I've owned this car 19 years and had some fabulous european tours with her but circumstances change and unfortunately she now has to go.
This is an immediately usable classic . condition is not concours but she looks great and runs / drives fine.
Odometer reading is currently 62. 00 . 29. 00 when I bought her in 1997. She was imported from the USA in 1990.
She was resprayed a few years ago. still looks super shiny with just a couple of tiny blemishes / bubbles (unseen by camera but if you need more details / pics please message me).
New mohair hood was fitted at the same time and this looks fab and fits well.
Interior has a nice patina and a few use/age related marks but nothing serious.
She has a 2. 0 version of the wonderful twin-cam engine (from a 131 Sport). starts instantly. runs great and sounds glorious with a period bark through the stainless back box. I also have a 1. 8 (124 Coupe) engine which is complete & good but stripped for inspection (to be negotiated with sale if it's required).
Wheels are 15x7 with nearly new 205 Toyo Proxes. Also a set of 4 13x5. period Italian FPS alloys in need of restoration (again to be negotiated with sale if they are required).
Great fun car. I will be very sad to see her go. I will consider a modern car in px.
