1968 Morris 1100S
Odo reads 46. 00 miles (since full restoration around 15 years ago I believe)
Strong 1275cc motor with 4speed syncro Remote Gearbox
Unleaded head / valves to cope with LPG
Near New Yokohama tyres with Red minilite wheels. Recent mechanical work includes head gasket. new clutch slave cylinder. new flexible brake lines between the master cylinder and both front and rear brakes. new flexible exhaust pipe. new Ramflo Air Filter.
SU HS4 carburettor
VH40 Brake Booster
Electric Radiator Fan
Retractor Front Seat belts
Clutch a little bit shuddery on down changes. OK on upshifts. currently not causing any difficulties driving.
Muffler needs replacing.
Starts first time. runs extremely well. no smoke or hesitation.
Interior in this car has been fully redone. not original. but tasteful with car.
Rear parcel shelf has top spec JBL's 6x9s in the rear. 6's splits in the front. CD player head unit face has disappeared.
14" Mountney Sports Steering wheel
It currently only runs on gas as the petrol lines have been disconnected by previous owner. Starts. runs and drives fantastic on LPG. goes like a rocket.
Body will need attention. paint has oxidised badly. rust forming in a lot of places. bog / fill has keeping it at bay currently. but could do with a full respray to return it back to its former glory.
