I imported this car from the USA in 2013. I am the only keeper. it is registered in my name at my address.

Amazing looking car. sounds incredible.

I've owned many classic cars. American cars. buggies. and I've never had anything which commands as much attention as this car.

Youths fall off bicycles. crowds gather in car parks. it's crazy.

Not for you if you're a wallflower!

It starts first time every time. runs well. pulls amazingly strongly.

It handles ok. drives nicely and is relatively comfortable.

Please note. this is a hot rod. of sorts.

Also. it is a very old car.

It is very noisy. a little antisocial. and has a lot of heat-soak into the cabin from the big block.

There is no heater mechanism (never was to my knowledge) And. as with all old modified cars. there is always something to do to keep it going or make it better.

It's very very solid. and now quite well sorted.

It's not a show car. but it could be with some time spent There are a few jobs which the car would benefit from but not much The brakes need a really firm prod. they pull it up ok. but it could use a servo or bigger discs really.

Original tailgate glass is a bit marked.

It's ok. but not as good as the other glass.

It is flat laminate. could easily be replaced if you wished.

The oil pressure gauge needs connecting (proper Dakota sender is included) Speedo needs the correct sender. (I've had it working on a rigged up adaptor but it needs the correct sized output spindle tiny job and cheap to source) Interior lights have missing lenses (down in the side of the centre console) if better replacement units were fitted. it would look nicer.

The rear sunroof is sealed up (I do not know why. it was like that when I bought it but the wiring is in so it could be sorted) These are mainly small jobs. / theres nothing major to do. or nothing at all if you aren't bothered by any of it.
