Up for auction is a

1918 Cadillac V 8. 7 passenger. Sedan

. rare aluminium bodied factory production car and one of only two 1918 Cadillac's in Australia. These V 8 enclosed veterans are very hard to find and are big comfortable cars. that motor down the road very nicely and can keep pace with most vintage vehicles.

This car. whilst in need of a full restoration. is very complete. with its original 25" wheels and rims which appear to be in very good condition. all lights and seats including the jump seats and interior lights and optional centre floor mounted rear heater. Mechanically missing the water pumps only but otherwise very complete. right down to the air pump on the side of the gear box.

The body is in very reasonable shape for a 97 year old car. with wood work mostly useable except the passenger side front door which will need to be re-done. It is missing on seat swab but the front seat with its folding arm rest rear seat and both jump seats are present. The rear tyre carrier is the dual spare type and a spare rim (not photographed) will come with the car.
