1975 ALFA ROMEO 2000 GTV for sale
Current customer rating:
The Alfa Junior Coupe range styled by Bertone caused a real stir when it was introduced in 1963. with it's stunning looks and range of twin cam power plants it was soon clear that they drove beautifully and road tests of the day extolled their virtues.
Powerful lovely sounding engines. slick five speed gearboxes and nimble well balanced handling meant that they drove better than most of their contemporaries including competitors from Stuttgart and Modena!
The production run carried on until 1976 when Alfa eventually bowed to the trend of wedge shaped cars and introduced the Alfetta Coupe.
This is an originally UK supplied car in amazing condition and has enjoyed high levels of ongoing maintenance over the years and is still in superb condition indeed probably the best example currently available. There is a comprehensive history file with lots of invoices. ots along with original handbooks and even a stamped service book.
On the road she is a real sweetie with a smooth gearbox and throaty engine making her one of the nicest GTVs I have driven and everything works perfectly.
The period Cromodora alloys were fitted some years ago but a set of original GTV wheels are also supplied with the car.
The value and prices are rising on the understated GTV and original rhd ones are becoming difficult to find.
Supplied fully inspected. serviced and with a comprehensive 12 month warranty.
