Thanks for having a look at my Beautiful 1973 Alfa Romeo 2000 GTV for sale! This was the top of the line Alfa Romeo at the time and now is your chance to own this incredible car! Runs like a top and is such a fun car to drive. The engine has been rebuilt and has high compression pistons. The Spica injection system has been replaced by weber 40's. and it has an ansa exhaust system which sounds great! This Alfa definitely has some power! The car is mechanically sound and the brakes and transmission/ clutch all work great. Suspension is a little soft but it is smooth. The tires are also pretty good. The interior is in very good shape. The dash does have a cover glued on. but the headliner and carpet are practically mint. The seats have been professionally recovered and are quite comfy. It also has had an aftermarket stereo system installed. The exterior has been redone approximately 15-20 years ago. and still looks amazing! There is some minor bubbling on the rear fender flairs and the odd dent or two but the paintwork is amazing and looks brilliant. The body panels are super straight. It was repainted in the original rare plum violet colour. The engine bay is still in the original paint and the colour is a perfect match to the respray. The car is very complete (only missing spare wheel and tool kit) and everything works except for the speedometer. The milage is stuck at 38. 74 so the exact milage is unknown but I'm sure that the car hasn't done too much more. The drivers side pop out window isn't attached well and headlight/ high beam stock is a little loose. but in general this car is super nice shape for a 42 year old car! As for the body. it has a small patch in the passenger floor and the inner rockers have rusted a little but the rust has been stopped. This alfa has awesome door gaps and hood gaps but the trunk lid needs to be adjusted. Overall A very nice example of the one of the most beautiful Alfa Romeo's ever made.
