Last road usage was in 2011 when the owner intended to embark on a ground up. full nut & bolt restoration which sadly due to old age wasn't started. This example has been barn stored since. although regularly started & moved to keep things in order.

A letter from Alfa Romeo HQ confirms that Chassis number 7551 was originally produced on the 31st December 1972 & finished in the rare colour of Metallized Silver (AR 741) With Grey/Black internal trim. delivered on 25th June 1973 to an Alfa Romeo dealership in Agno Switzerland. then onto Bell & Colvill in Surrey who's plaque is still found in the cars door shut. they were the official importers of the Montreal here in the UK.
