1994 Mazda MX-5. Last of the original pop up headlight shape. Has the larger 1. 8 litre engine. 5 Speed manual. 99% original. Has an after market CD player. sports steering wheel and a now disconnected aerial for car phone. otherwise factory original.
THE BAD
- Tiny hole in the drivers seat cloth. Easy repair or use seat covers.
- Has the car phone aerial in the windscreen. Could be removed and maybe patched???
- Tiny indent in the boot lid. I'd have to point it out for you to see it. No paint damage and is only a couple of mm deep. Size 50 c piece.
- Roof has minor cracks on the folds. A few mm long and only on the edge of the frame where the roof folds up. Happens to all convertibles. Nothing to worry about. Tiny amount of leaking in heavy rain.
THE GOOD
- Engine runs beautifully (regularly serviced)
- Ice cold Air Con
- Everything works!
- Good original paint
- SO MUCH FUN TO DRIVE!
- Retired lady owner for the last 9 years. The car has never been raced or driven hard. Only used on sunny days for country drives (is her second car)
- Gets attention
- Economical yet powerful with the 1. 8 litre engine
- Always garaged
Has NSW rego until 24 th Oct 2015. It is pensioner rego which means if you buy it you may need to pay an extra approx $100 when you transfer the rego if you are not a pensioner.
