1971 Ford XY GS Falcon 500 Original 250 2V NOT V8 for sale

1971 XY GS Falcon 500 - 250 2 V - Yellow Ochre with 2 tone saddle interior
Very original car (except bonnet stripes) with 90% original paint - previous owner did a few small touch ups and added stripes. original interior - not re-trimmed and in resonable used condition (a few cracks on front seats)
Engine – Full checks. new plugs. leads. oil. new oil filter. new fuel pump and filter. new exhaust gasket fitted. carby cleaned and very fuel efficient (350 Holley)
Power steering fitted with new parts and spares – works great
Steering arms replaced. bushes etc where necessary
New brake pads all round – brakes checked and fluid flushed
New shockers
Clutch all good and fluid flushed
Gearbox good and fluid changed
Heavy duty sway bar front
New radiator and flushed system
New heater controller. hoses etc – works great
New high beam dimmer control switch
Original front bumper fitted
New door handle cups
New centre console
New rear parcel shelf
New rear boot shelves
New rear boot rubber
Glove-box mirror fitted – optional extra
Falcon is very original except where the guy before me decided to add GT stripes on the bonnet and rear wing.
I have fitted power steering etc. Car is fully sorted mechanically. everything works. 250 2 V is a great engine. very economical. car can be enjoyed for many years as it is or some minor rust repairs and paint will have it perfect.
Have verification papers from Ford.
