This is a very special 1973 Mustang. Possibly the only one with this mileage and provenance. One family owned and only 29. 00 miles from new. The car was purchased from Valley Ford Colorado in 1973. Mr and Mrs Hodges owned the Ford dealership at that time. They decided to buy a new Mustang for Mrs Hodges. they ticked most of the possible options for the 73 Mustang. including; White power top with glass back window. optional axle ratio. white wall tires. power steering. air conditioning. console. nd competition suspension. After they retired from the business they moved south to Arizona where it spent the rest of its life. The car was left to their Son and on his passing his wife Nancy decided it was time to let it go. As it had spent many years just sitting in their garage. We were obviously delighted to purchase the car from her a couple of months ago. Nancy signed a declaration about the car stating that the mileage of only 29k was correct and that it had never been involved in any accidents. We inspected the car and believe that it has never been sprayed in its 41 years. The Hodges family cared for this car and kept a large file with relevant paperwork. Also included is the original handbook. service book. and protecto plate.
As you can imagine this very low mileage example drives perfectly with ample power and comfort. Four people can travel comfortably in this model Mustang. The interior is in exceptional condition. In the file there are many pictures of the car and its owners throughout the years. This car is ideal for shows . or concours events such as the survivor class.
