Heres the story. and I have all documents to prove!
In early 2008 it was involved in an accident is Texas
A buyer from Toronto purchased it. He fixed the car and was ready to drive it
Unfortunately he was unable to register it as he did not get all the paperwork and do all the customs stuff when he brought it from the US necessary to get it registered.
As he tried to do everything required. he got lazy or tired or frustrated and bought a car he could drive here and let it sit until he got the papers in order so he could sell this one.
Basically he spent a ton of money and couldn't do it as it takes a lot of patience and he had no idea what to do next.
I bought it from him for my daily driver and did everything necessary to get it plated and registered. ALL customs forms. duties. certifications. stamps. clearance letter. EVERYTHING is DONE and done properly!
I still have the US Texas Salvage title
Vehicle will have your choice of either an Ontario rebuilt title OR a Texas salvage title.   I have all paperwork and import documents to make it a Canadian ownership. however should a US resident wish to buy it. I haven't transferred it yet so I have the US Salvage Texas title still
It is currently located in Toronto Ontario Canada. but can easily be brought to the Niagara Falls USA side of the border should you wish
