I'm selling this project to fund another. 1962 Cadillac. Series 62. 4 door hardtop. with 5. 3 LS engine and transmission from a 2003 Silverado. This car runs and drives amazing! Plenty of power and good gas mileage (17-22 mpg). This is excellent driver and would make a nice car to restore. Very little rust and solid floors and trunk. Only rust is in the front of the hood and the bottom of front fenders is starting to bubble. It has some older body work and paint that needs to be redone. None of the original gauges work but the on-board scanner replaces them all PLUS informs a lot more. everything but oil pressure.
New: Fuel tank. In-tank Walbro fuel pump. fuel feed line. tires. heater core. exhaust headers. dual exhaust(no mufflers). custom built driveshaft(new carrier bearing and housing). on-board scan gauge. low profile oil pan. power steering line. professionally done wiring harness(with relays and fuses). I'm sure there is more that I can't remember.
Needs: Wiper switch. front carpet. front set reupholstered. package tray recovered. front power seat will not adjust forward or back(does tilt and raise/lower). no original gauges work(on-board scan gauge replaces all but oil pressure gauge). Some body work needs to be done a the paint is in poor condition.
I would LOVE to deliver this car in person (I love driving it!) or I know a reasonably priced transportation company. Feel free to call or text for more info. Car is sold as-is without any warranty. The Missouri title is branded "salvage" due to the original owner passing and the title was lost.
