This is my 1965 Belvedere II convertible that I have enjoyed driving since early 1965 when it was used to get my learner's permit. It has been a California car for most of its life before moving to the Northwest where it has continued to lead a very sheltered life. In the summer of 2010 it received a restoration consisting of a new paint job in the original Plymouth Copper Poly color. new carpeting. windshield. tires. rear window. dual exhaust. nos front fender trim. and nos rear end trim. The bumpers were re-chromed as well as the backup light housings and the side pieces for the top boot. The transmission and engine were professionally rebuilt using the original transmission and a 69 440 RB engine. The original engine is still sitting in the garage if the buyer wishes to keep it with the car. The car was stripped to rust free bare metal and then primed. sanded and painted with two stage paint. The seats. top. door panels. rear side panels. dash. steering wheel. and all the interior chrome are original and in very nice condition. The trunk interior remains untouched with the original mat. jack and one of the original Goodyear Power Cushion tires as a spare. It has about three hundred miles on it since the restoration work was completed.

The original window sticker. Certicard. request for California new car registration. and many years of California and Washington registration cards are included along with the owner's manual. and several glove box documents like tire warranty. etc. After forty eight years of ownership. it is important that the car go to a new owner with an appreciation for what it is. Additional photos are available upon request.

If you have any questions. please ask. I will work with the new owner to ship the car but all the shipping costs and arrangements are the responsibility of the new owner.
