1977 Maserati Merak 2000 GT (version for the Italian market).

I have decided to sell. with regret. one of my vintage cars because of advancing age and makes difficult the use of a sports car so low to the ground.

The car is a 1977 Maserati Merak 2000 GT with 2. 0L V6 engine with 170 hp and a top speed of 220 Km/h equal to about 140 miles/h

The Maserati Merak with this type of engine is a rare version built for the Italian market only in 200 units due to the energy and economic crisis of the 70s.                                       

This type of engine is still very powerful. fun to drive. fuel consumption very low and is very easy to find spare parts.

The car is in Italy. in Rome.

The conditions are absolutely perfect. everything works perfectly and the car is ready for any type of travel and distance.

This car has not undergone any type of restoration. it is totally preserved and it looks great (see original protective plastic on the door panels).

The exceptional conditions have been recognized and confirmed by ASI (Historical Italian car clubs. under the control of the Italian Government) that issued to this car the Gold Plate Type A Group 1 (Car fully conserved) as photography.

Three months ago. the car has undergone a full mechanical inspection and replacement of some rubber parts. brakes and all that was necessary.

The mileage can not be guaranteed but it is likely they are real in relation to the condition of the car.

The car is available for any inspection and test.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            

The buyer must provide at his own expense to the withdrawal and transport.

About the documents. the car will be delivered with the documentation issued by the Italian Offices. required for registration in the country of destination.

The administrative costs related to the transfer of the property and the documents required for the new registration in the country of destination. are not included in the sale price and are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
