Crevier Classic Cars is pleased to offer this 1971 Mercedes-Benz 280SL roadster. This is a two owner car (second owner for the last 31 years). The original floors are intact and the car is rust free. It is a total numbers matching. original fender. two top. factory air-conditioned. 75. 00 original mile car. The engine was removed. (engine overhaul work performed by Action Auto in Lake Forest). all chrome and fixtures removed for a complete repaint. Windshield replaced with factory specified glass by Ruffino Glass of Santa Ana. All chrome completely redone at South Bay Chrome Classic Components in Santa Ana. Total Cognac interior and soft top replaced by Little John's in Santa Ana. Wood refinished to factory specs. The original Catalog. Service Manual including service stamps. Original Owners Manual. Original Mercedes Benz US Service Directory Book. and 2 original warranty cards are included. Also included are the wrenches for the hard and soft tops. In all it is a beautifully restored example of the most desirable year and desirable options of floor shift automatic and factory air-conditioning. Buyer must contact us within 24 hours of accepted offer. and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500 deposit is due within 3 business days of listing’s end to secure the vehicle.
Payment of Balance Due

All California residents must pay applicable state and local tax. title and license fees. Out of state buyers are responsible for their own state taxes and fees. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state. county. city taxes and fees. as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We will assist the buyer with finding a shipping company. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped. full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.
