    The Valiant first introduced in 1960 was Plymouth entry into the compact car market.   With its restyle in 1963 the Valiant became an overnight sensation. selling an incredible 225. 56 units in '63.   Road And Track cinsidered the Valiant to be "one of the best all around domestic cars".
 
    Convertibles were however relatively rare.   The convertible offered here was built in Windsor Ontario Canada and sold to its first owner April 1. 1964.   Purchased by John Scotti it was sold to its most recent owner on May 3. 2006 with 8679 miles on the odometer.   (Note:  Canada didn't change to kilometers until the mid 1970's).

    AAG appraisal lists a fair market value of $18. 00 as of 8/20/07.

    We have condition checked this time capsule.   There are no known issues either mechanically or cosmetically.   It looks and drives as you would expect of a new 1964 Valiant.
