THIS IS A TOTALLY ACCIDENT RUST FREE CAR FROM TEXAS.
IT HAS THE ORIGINAL PATNA PAINT JOB. AND ORIGINAL PATINA INTERIOR.
NO BODY REPAIR HAS BEEN DONE ON THIS CAR EXCEPT THE DUAL ANTENNAS HAVE BEEN TAKEN OF AND WELDED UP RIGHT. ( I STILL HAVE THEM AND THE GO WITH THE CAR. I HAVE THE PAPERS ON THE ENGINE BUILD ETC ALSO AND THEY GO WITH THE CAR.

IT IS ALL ORIGINAL EXCEPT FOR THE RUNNING GEAR. AND THAT HAS BEEN COMPLETELY RESTORED.

THE 409 ENGINE IS A 63 425 HP CASTING NUMBER 3830814 THE STEP PAD # IS11023QB THE BIG PORT 425 HEAD NUMBERS IS 3814690 THE 2-4 INTAKE NUMBER IS 3814881 THE ORIGINAL REBUILT CARB NUMBERS ARE 3361 & 3362 THE ORIGINAL 409 DISTRIBUTOR # IS 1111023 THE CRANK IS STANDARD. NOT GROUND AND THE CYLINDER WALLS WERE PERFECT AND JUST NEEDED HONING.

THE CLOSE RATIO MUNCIE TRANNY HAS BEEN COMPLETELY REBUILT. AND SHIFTS LIKE A DREAM.

FACTORY TACH ON DASH STILL WORKS PERFECT.
EVERYTHING WORKS. HORN LIGHTS SIGNALS. ETC.

HAS OLD STYLE ET MAGS AND FAIRLY NEW TIRES.

IT HAS A NEW HURST SHIFTER. AND HAS THE ORIGINAL SHIFT HANDLE AND KNOB FOR THE 63 IMPALA. IT HAS A NEW HD CLUTCH AND PRESSURE PLATE. AND NEW THROUGH OUT BEARING.

THE ORIGINAL WATER PUMP HAS BEEN REBUILT.

ENGINE HOLDS 50 LBS PRESSURE AFTER IT WARMS UP.

THIS CAR DRIVES AND RUNS LIKE NEW. ( SHE'S A DRIVER DELUXE ! )

IT HAS THE 409 STATION WAGON 8 INCH HD BRAKES ON IT AND BROTHER YOU DON'T NEED DISC BRAKES WITH THESE. IT STOPS SUPER !

STEERING ISTIGHT AND ALL REBUILT. REAR END IS A 4:11 AND DOES NOT HOUL OR GROUL !

CAR STARTS. RUNS. AND DRIVES LIKE NEW. AND WHEN YOU KICK IN THE 2-4'S LOOK OUT !!! "SHE'S REAL FINE MY 409" THE BEACH BOY'S HAD IT NAILED DOWN GOOD. IT HAS THE BIG PORT NEW SANDERSON HEADERS. AND ALL NEW EXHAUST WITH FLOW MASTERS. VERY NICE. AND VERY DEPENDABLE CAR. I JUST GOT BACK FROM A 300 MILE TRIP IN HER AND HAD GOOD SAILING ALL THE WAY. FLY IN AND DRIVE HER HOME 70-75 ALL THE WAY.

I HAVE NEVER DRAG RACED IT OR EVEN DONE A MEAN BURN OUT IN IT. I LOVE IT AND TAKE GOOD CARE OF IT. IM 71 YEARS OLD AND MY DRAG RACING DAYS ARE OVER. BUT IT DOESN'T MEAN I WON'T SHOW A NEW CAMARO OR MUSTANG WHAT AN OLD WARRIOR 409 CAR CAN DO. IF YOU LIKE 409'S. THEN YOU'LL LOVE THIS CAR.
