This is a rust free example of a racecar conversion made to a 1973 1. 8 litre 914-4. Only best in suspension and engine components have been utilized to make this lightweight and very fast PCA or POC or HSR? Racer. This 2. 2 Liter 4 cylinder car was built in Texas by a wealthy and experienced racer. Car is fully dry sumped. I bought this for a father and son project but we have located a 914-6 to restore so we need a new home for this signal orange beauty. I have all build receipts by previous owner. Break in hours only on a totally fresh pro no expense spared rebuild. I think he invested about $30 k in this car. If you want a very fast. lightweight and safe 914-4 for track or for relatively easy street car conversion this baby is perfect. includes headlight motors. has rear lights and turn signals and wipers so depending upon your state should be no big deal to make her street legal but this is between you and your DMV. This is a racecar so paint is not a show car but very presentable. There are chips and scratches as you would expect from racing. Original color was red. Bumpers are fiberglass as are rockers. Hood and rear lid are steel. fenders are steel. Tires are new.
