Got too many project cars and need to lighten my load. so I'm selling off some of my personal collection of Mopars. Up for sale is this very rare TRUE 1967 Coronet R/T convertible. Production figures vary from one source to another on the true amount of R/T convertibles produced that year. Some sources claim 397 and some state close to 600. Nonetheless its super rare. How many could still be left after 47 years? This numbers correct R/T features a Turbine Bronze exterior with a black interior. black top and powered by the correct date coded 440 HP engine. The 727 automatic transmission however is not numbers correct. Car is optioned with power windows and power top. I do have the original fender tag for the car. This is a really solid convertible with very minor body work to do on the car. Front inner fenders will need some patching at the typical hinge area. Drivers floor has had a patch put in years ago and needs to be redone. Lower quarters have never been patched before so their is no surprises there but they do need some work on the lips and the lower corners. Does NOT need 1/4 panels as most of them do.  Looks as if the 1/4 panels and deck lid may still be the original paint.   All exterior panels are nice enought to use. Nothing major as seen in the pictures. Fenders and doors look to be solid. Frame rails. torsion bar crossmember is solid. Trunk floor has never been patched and is very solid. Car is about 90 percent there. Original jack and base still intact. Power window motors. regulators and wiring is there but has been removed. Hydrylic cylinders for top are there but have been removed to manually drop the top. Original boot cover still intact. Front armrests. bases and inside door handles are gone as is the passenger side inner door panel. Alternator is gone. wiper blades and the original distributor is gone. Old gas tank was removed years ago but previous owner kept the sending unit and filler neck. Will also need both 1/4 glasses. Front grille surrounds are pretty nice for their age with only some minor dings. Car has not been started in years but does turn freely and has been turned frequently to keep it moving. Included in sale will be a new AMD front windshield and a new 67 440 front H pipe that have already been purchased for the car. I have a free and clear PA title in my name for the car. I have tried to do my best in describing the car. If there is something I've missed or a concern. please feel free to email me. Bottom line is it is a 47 year old super rare project car that does need restored. Car will be sold AS-IS with no warranty. Feel free to make arrangements to look at the vehicle before bidding . Winning bidder responsible for shipping arrangements and all costs associated with shipping. I need a 1. 00. 00 non refundable deposit within 72 hours of auctions end in the form of a cashiers check. Balance to be paid in full within 14 days of auctions end. Vehicle will not be released until all funds are secure. Cash only upon personal pickup. If third party is contracted to pick up vehicle. please allow ample time for funds to be secured and cleared before vehicle will be released.
