ABOUT 21 K HIGHWAY MILES SINCE RESTORED

Built under the direction of Edsel Ford starting in 1939. this Lincoln
Continental from 1940 was first purchased by Mr. & Mrs. H B Hall
of Dallas. Texas. When the couple divorced. Mrs. Hall retained the car.

In 1965. she sold the car to Arthur Guy of Houston. Texas. In 1968. it was
sold to the third owner. Joe Cooper Jr. of Hot Springs. Arkansas. Joe
babied the car for the next 36 years and sold it with only about 10. 00
original miles to Owner #4 that brought the car to Florida. Owner #4 had been
searching for a rust free Continental of this vintage to complete a restomod
restoration and travel with his wife to long distance car shows.

Copies of old titles document the ownership chain

The restoration was completed in 2006 with an engine swap of a rebuilt
of a 1977 Lincoln 460 engine. Due to the plans for long distance cruising. the original V-12 motor was felt not fit for those trips. The 460 motor
lasted for another 20 K miles until it was lost on a long distance
trip and was not rebuildable.

About four years ago. Owner #4 purchased a new Jasper 460 crate
motor and had it installed. Mated with |the C-6 automatic transmission
and Ford 9" rear. this car can be driven anywhere
in comfort and assurance of reliability.

Beautiful dual stage repaint in Black Emerald PPG Metallic was completed
in 2006 and is very fresh. .

All new or refurbished chrome & stainless.

Very nice custom leather interior and new Tan canvas convertible top.
Original dash & new gauges. New carpet and door panels.
Finished trunk compartment with power lid.

Only 1. 00 miles on the new Jasper 460 crate motor.
The C 6 automatic transmission was added on restoration.

Upgrades include independent front suspension. rack &
pinion power steering and power front disc brakes.
All new wiring and fuse panel.

New ice cold vintage air conditioning

This car drives like new and will look great in your garage.
