Yes it's nice to have all original with 30 year old parts still holding on. but it's better if all has been replaced to new.

The last of the best and the best of the last.

As we say with all of our classic "Z" parts. "Parts like these don't grow on trees and their value will never go down. JUST UP".                                                              . and this is no exception!

The best of both worlds. THIS "Z" is thee best combination of the Nissan 280zx.   The reliability of the standard "Z". without the                                                                occasional headaches of the Turbo model. while able to match the  speed of the turbo instrument cluster with no fear of damage or                                                                         harm to the vehicle as these cars as they stand can exceed a 500k mile life expectancy.

What's a “Series II”?

Nissans Face Lift 1982–1983:  This face lifted model has since come to be called the "Series II" 280zx with reviews confirming that the 1982 280zx was the                                                                                    most sporting Z-car since the original 240Z of 1970. although the birth of the 240 was in 1969.

The 1982-83 “Series II” by the factory had distinguishing characteristics with aerodynamics in mind.  Overall. the new body design gave better fuel economy                                                                                    and high-speed stability (one of the known issues from the first generation Z-car). This was accomplished through redesign of suspension. braking system. nbsp;                                                                              performance and other improvements.

The “Face Lift” continued to the core w/:                                                                                                                                                                                                                              * Spring rates and sway bars were revised addressed the handling nervousness of the early 280zx                                                                                                                                                                          *Semi-trailing arm independent in the rear                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          * A new power-assisted rack-and-pinion replaced the recirculating-ball steering system for the 1981 Turbo. available on models the following year.
