This is a running and driving '79 Cadillac Fleetwood Limousine in good condition but in need of some minor repairs such as air conditioning not working and the passenger front door handle not working. Many of our photos were taken at the Dallas Love Field Frontiers of Flight Museum. located only minutes from our showroom. Be sure and visit our friends at the Flight Museum if you find yourself in Dallas. Texas.

The paint and body are in good condition with only a few chips and minor imperfections. The body is exceptionally straight throughout. The rear tail light plastic insert pieces are intact with exception of a broken panel between the rear bumper and license plate.

The interior is very clean. The original cloth upholstery is clean and detailed front to back. The dash vinyl displays great color and is free of cracks. The door panels and carpeting are in very good condition. This is a clean factory interior.

One of many low mileage cars in a collection owned by an elderly gentleman from south Texas. this car was purchased. along with a few others. from his estate.

There is an extra row of folding seats for formal seating of 5. These are commonly called "bodyguard seats" with the formal limousine.

Under the hood is the factory 425 cubic inch V 8 engine. This is a strong running car. The transmission shifts correctly.

The engine compartment itself is clean and in very good condition throughout. displaying original components maintained through the years.

The plastic panel below the rear license plate has cracked up from age.

The undercarriage is a further indicator of this Cadillac's dry climate status. The original frame and flooring is in very good condition throughout. The engine and transmission undersides are in good condition.

The trunk is clean and original. complete with the spare tire/wheel. rubber mat. and jacking equipment.

DEPOSIT

The winning bidder must submit a 20% non refundable deposit within 48 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle unless other arrangements are made with us.

PAYMENT METHODS

Our preferred method of payment is bank wire transfer. or 3 rd party financing. We can work with you if that is a problem. All funds must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment or approved financing in place before making your final bid. Feel free to call us with any questions.

PAYMENT OF BALANCE DUE

The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before the vehicle leaves our dealership.

TAX. TITLE AND LICENSE

We are a licensed Texas dealership. It is required that we collect all tax. title and license fees from Texas residents at the time of the sale. We will do all of the title work. Non Texas residents are responsible for paying taxes in his/her state. Overseas customers will be charged a $30. 00 fee for wire transfers. We must collect a vehicle inventory tax of . 002277% and a small documentary fee of $75. 00 on ALL sales.

The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We can refer you to a number of national and international shippers. Once the vehicle leaves our dealership. we will take no further responsibility for the vehicle.
