I BOUGHT THIS CAR IN 2006 TO RESTORE. NEVER GOT THERE. YET SO IT IS UP FOR SALE.

FACTORY V8 AND WAYNES WORLD BLUE WITH WHITE VINYL TOP!!!!

There is only 2500 V8 pacers for 1978 and most of those were wagons. this is a rare one.  The color is a bonus.


The car is an Arkansas vehicle from day one with the first owner having it until 2005. I bought it form the second owner in 06. All kinds of service records and factory paperwork. I HAVE ORIGINAL TITLE AND CURRENT US TITLES. Includes the service manual set as well. All of the glass is great. the interior needs very little.

The Pacer is original paint and driveline with almost everything there. The smog lines are gone but the pump is there and turns free.

There is rust through on the RR corner (no idea why)and a hole in the rear hatch area. Overall the body is very nice and straight. Undercarraige is rust free and undercoated. You could likely just saftey the car and enjoy. The air worked when I got it in 2006. It runs like a top and goes back and forth. I have never had it on the road so I cannot speak to that.

The issues that I know are:

The Air cond does not cut in today.
The smog pump lines are not there
Rear tires are weak. front are new.
Vinyl roof needs repair / replacing
Interior panels over rear wheel wells are cracked
Two wheel trim rings are missing
