HISTORY FILE
A delightful history with this car awaits a new owner. Registered new on 13th August 1969 to two Burghley House Estate workers. The sisters who purchased this van were the Estate managers and used the vehicle to collect house laundry daily. return it to the outhouse and delivery it back when clean and pressed. These short light loads continued for many years and the vehicle became a regular sight in the Stamford town as the two sisters tended to travel everywhere together. The following three owners are all Stamford residents and all recall seeing the car on its daily business! The previous owner. Mr Roberts. embarked on a detailed restoration during his eighteen years of ownership and has enjoyed attending local classic cars shows. Interested onlookers enjoy listening to his fond memories of seeing the sisters on their busy daily business!
