5 Speed Manual for sale
Current customer rating: (358 votes ) based onFinished in Cumberland Grey with mushroom interior and black top. this left-hand drive. 5 speed manual transmission spent its first 25 years garaged in San Diego. The car was supplied new to British Auto service in Frederick Md. With only 245 Series V V8's built and to have so few miles and be so well sorted makes this car very desirable and would enhance any collection.
The 5. 4 Liter V8 with weber sequential fuel injection engine is in excellent condition and allows you to cruise at any speeds you feel comfortable at.
This is a 2 owner car; the original owner sold it to me in 2012 with only 5. 85 miles on it and now has approx. 7400 miles. I have had the car mechanically sorted plus added a few upgrades for a total investment of approx. $45. 00 over the last 2 years. The body and interior are all in excellent condition. There were some light scratches on the driver side door and front panel. a small dent on passenger lower panel and some small road rash on front so had the front of the car resprayed. The woodwork is all in excellent condition except for a small blister by the speedometer which you can see in the pictures.
The following work has been done on it. mostly by European Motors of S. D. . Aston Martin of N. E. . and Steel Wings. all authorized Aston dealers. The car drives and handles excellent and the 5 speed gives it great acceleration and definitely puts a smile on your face.

The V8's are just beginning to be appreciated and this is reflected in their prices. There was a low mileage (5900 miles) that RM auctioned earlier this year for $214. 53. and Bonhams. also this year auctioned off one with 39150 miles for $175. 21.
