You are viewing a really sharp 911 SC Targa that has been professionally converted to a 930 S replica using steel factory parts from a real Slantnose car. This is a no rust Euro car with a very straight pan and tub. The paint and bodywork is very nice and the car only has approximately 3 K miles or less since the full restoration was completed. The car was purchased by the previous owner in 2002 with just 40 K miles on it. He then spent over $25 K restoring this car and it now has just under 43 K miles! You could not possibly duplicate this car for what my reserve is! As you know. prices on air cooled 911 s are appreciating rapidly. Who knows what this car will be worth in a few years. This car runs beautifully! It starts easily and does not run hot. knock. or make any funny noises. It DOES NOT leak one drop of oil! It was just serviced and needs nothing! I have owned over 100 911 s and this is almost unheard of for an old air cooled Porsche! It sounds incredible too with its custom exhaust system. You will never want to turn the stereo on because the engine note sounds so good! The 915 5 speed gearbox shifts perfectly with no issues whatsoever. The tires are new and the brakes feel good and strong. This car really is a pleasure to drive. I've owned modern water cooled 911 s too but they just don't offer the kind of driving experience that these old air cooled cars do. Don't miss your chance to own an appreciating classic.
