This is a very rare 4th season KITT convertible. with screen use history. Only one original KITT convertible used in the TV series exisits today. Here is your oppertunity to own the next best thing to it. This 82 Firebird was converted into a convertible in 1982 by the original selling dealership. that in itself makes it a rare car! It was carefully converted into the famous Knight Industries Two Thousand. or KITT for short. by a fan who was able to aquire an actual screen used nose. The nose of this car was used during Comedy Centrals Roast of David Hasslehoff. The car has less than 50 miles put on it since a through cosmetic and mechanical rebuild. Rebuilt numbers matching 305 4bbl engine. all new brakes. rotors and hardware. new power steering. new suspension. new tires. new exhaust. new radiator and more. The trasporter who delivered the car to us commented how he put this car on the second level because it was the only vehicle that didn't leak any oil. Recent paint. top and complete new interior including leather seats. door panles. molded carpet and more. Fully functional KITT dash with working TV monitor and light-up gas pedal. The car even talks and can be opperated from your smart phone! The KITT conversion is not cheap! It would cost you double. if not more. than what we are selling this car for to duplicate. The nose was made by Wraith Industries. 4th season deck / top cover. Hella 450 fog lights. red nose scanner. taillight black-out. lower console. Has interior and waterproof exterior speakers so KITT can be hear inside or out and are controled by seperate amplifiers. We recently sold a T-Top replica KITT for $35k that was not as detailed as this car and David Hasselhoffs KITT replica just sold for nearly $200k. This is an excellent value. *rear deck cover is included but not installed. Installation would prevent use of the top. Somehow i dont believe your story about being a screen car from the show, judging from the exterior some elements dont look the same as the actual car that i have screen shots of...
Would love to see the dash, the rear deck cover,and paperwork backing your story....
