Mileage approximately 130Ko Excellent condition, well maintained, garaged, rebuilt transmission with only 300 miles o Pony interior is excellent - has been replacedWear and tear or challenges: o Paint is not original – was white, then repainted it’s original yellow. Paint job is fine but not high quality. Would likely need to be redone if used as a show car. o Car was in a "fender bender" a long time ago– no significant damage –fender was repaired. o Car does not love extremely hot weather and can be stubborn at long stop lights. “Tombstone” Campbell. stunt double for Richard Boone in the show “Have Gun
Will Travel” – Currently owned by Scott's niece. who has
owned the car since her Uncle's early passing in 1976 of a rare form of
cancer.
After Scott's death. his
Mustang has been driven basically for maintenance reasons only and has been housed
and cared for its last several years in the show car warehouse of Ken
Smith. Dallas. Texas.
Highlights
In excellent condition. and
very well maintained. due to its sentimental value and original ownership.
Pony interior is excellent.
History of original owner as a
champion Naval boxer and Hollywood stuntman. makes this little car a fun
one to own. It is a tough man's car.
Challenges
Paint is not original – was
repainted white. then repainted it's original yellow. Paint job is fine
but not high quality. Would likely need to be redone if used as a show
car.
