1975 Land Cruiser TOYOTA FJ40 w/ Chevy 350 35" Mickey Thompsons......RESTORED!!!

Up for Auction. one 1975 Toyota Land cruiser FJ40 BEAST with a Chevy 350.   Fresh off a year frame on restoration with over $17K spent.   This truck has been in the family for over 20 years and was stored in the Monroe. NC airport hanger most it's life.   Truck was recently painted it's original color Mustard Yellow. very clean meticulous job!  Majority of nuts and bolts were replaced with all new stainless steel.   This restoration included many new parts cosmetically as well as mechanically.   Just some of the new parts include: new BDS shocks. all new weather stripping. nbsp;Jump seats reupholstered. wheel seals. front main seal. oil pan gaskets. upper intake manifold gasket. timing chain cover. front rotors. nbsp;front crank bushings/ seals. lower valve gasket. nbsp;brakes. clutch. drag link. starter. vacuum lines. door run channels and felts. etc.   Tires are almost new 35" Mickey Thompson Baja Claw. spare is brand new.    FJ has approximately a 3. 5" lift kit from OME.   Everything works great. shifts great. etc.   Absolutely no leaks!  This truck fires right up and sounds like a beast with the dual exhaust. hence it's nickname.   Engine compression is strong and solid.     This FJ drives extremely nice and straight surprisingly with the 35's.   Cruiser still has all it's original sheet metal after resto.   There is no body fillers. bondo. or fiberglass on it's body.   The original spot welds are all intact and visible as they were off the assembly line.   What you see is what you get.   This truck is a true survivor and will not disappoint!  I have a spreadsheet of all the work done and all receipts over the years.  I can provide upon request.  Feel free to contact me via email or phone with any questions.  

Here's a little FJ40 history on the 1975 model and upgrades:  Thicker sheet metal than later years. first year of ambulance doors. Larger square front turn signals/ side markers. wiper motor moved to bottom of windshield. muffler moved from between frame rails to under tub.
