This car is a find for the buyer/collector/investor seeking something different at a below-market-value price.

Smooth-running. powerful 318 cubic-inch V-8 engine is coupled to the legendary TorquFlite pushbutton transmission for an energetic and easy drive. The power-steering is effortless. which was typical of the times. The brakes stop the car quickly and in a straight line. The white power-operated top is in excellent condition and operates perfectly. The interior has received new factory-matched seat and back upholstery. beautifully done. The door and rear interior quarter panels are original and in perfect condition. The carpeting is in very good condition. The body is straight and appears to be rust- and Bondo-free. and  the paint. which I believe to be original. is in very good condition. The chrome and stainless trim is in very good to excellent condition. All lights and gauges function properly. though the clock (like most of this vintage) does not work. The radio installed below the dash is a quality after-market unit. The original radio (in the dash) does work. The car was originally shipped to Knoxville. Tennessee. where it spent all of its "life" until 2000. when it was acquired by its current owner. It appears to have always been very well-cared-for. We have the original window sticker. bill-of-sale. and owner's manual for the car. The reserve has been set low. as an impending personal relocation is about to occur. The odometer mileage cannot be verified. but based on the car's condition. nbsp;we do not think it has "gone around".

The car is extremely solid. as has been determined by a noted. certified professional inspector. He had numerous positive comments about the automobile's originality and exceptionally fine condition. He also discovered the repaired rear-wheel surrounds. which. in his opinion. had work done on them many years ago. prior to it's current ownership. This new information has caused me to lower the reserve on the car. as I recognize that the buyer (if he/she chooses to do so) would have some expense involved in re-doing these repairs (as they are showing a bit of filler and paint failure).
