My 1972 MGB Roadster with overdrive. historic road fund licence(free) and will have a new 12 month MOT.
Full race tuned engine by Oselli : 1950cc. 138bhp. 715 cam. nch & 3/4 valves lightened and balanced (see spec sheet)
Webber twin choke carb Oselli alloy manifold
Oselli race exhaust manifold and straight through big boresingle box exhaust
Competition clutch
Uprated front 14 inch disc brakes
All of the rebuild history old MOT. s. bills. originalOselli tuning manual and workshop manual.
The car had a complete bare metal restoration by the previous owner in 1986/87 the body work is solid front wings. bottom of doors and bonnet bulge has some filler the paint is acceptable but notprestige.
Interior good
Bumpers could do with re chrome and rubber bushes could do with replacing with a nylon kit over drive does not always cut in.
Very little use dry stored for 6 years until I purchased the car 8 years ago. In the last three years I have only done 300 miles and the car has completed less than 5000 miles from the rebuild / restoration.
I have recently fitted a new clutch master and slave cylinder also rear brake cylinders.
Windscreen. window A frames. a good hood and frame . iper motor and most parts to return car to original spec included in sale
Please note the car is an older restoration. viewing is recommended and a pit is available so you can make your own judgements I am no mg expert but not clueless
Engine and auxiliaries would cost over 4 k to build today
A lot of fun and will put a smile on your face ideal out. hill climb or race car.
