This is a very rare find !!
I have for sale not one but two!
Austin Mini Cooper S 1275. both ex
Liverpool police fast pursuit cars. the one for sale here is SKD 208 G. its
sister car SKD 209 G will firstly be offered to the winning bidder of 208 G
as I would like them to stay together if possible.
If they decline to buy 209 G then it will be listed on ebay next week.
Only 8 original police cooper s are known to survive worldwide. to find two
with consecutive registrations is a real once in a lifetime find.
So just to make it perfectly clear this auction if for one car SKD 208 G
The car is running and driving and was in use until about 4 years
ago although in my opinion it now needs a restoration.
It runs and drives and with a little work would pass an mot. the engine is
original as is the body shell. it has been painted and patched through the
years as they all have but generally it is a sound example which is now
ready for an easy straightforward restoration.
