Maserati Biturbo

As a former manufacturer superaircraft, which production was discontinued in 1975 and reconstructed Alehsandro di Tommaso, Maserati were required to re-assert themselves in the early 1980s. The company needed to the main model, so I decided to copy the BMW 3-series with a new compact body type sedan, which will be characterised by power, refinement, and driver involvement. In 1981 the result was the model Biturbo. In it were used MacPherson front suspension and rear suspension Chapman, as well as additional details that improve operational performance, such as differential with high internal friction and a disc brakes on all four wheels. Aluminum V-shaped six-cylinder engine started with the volume of 2 liters, but by 1988, increased to 2.8 liters. We used two of the turbocharger and at first the engine suffered because of turboyamy, but in the later models of this shortcoming is eliminated. However, there were still apparent drifts on the turns, especially on wet roads. One of the best parts of the model was steering column, which were highly praised by the experts.
