Jensen S-type

Model Jensen S-type - full-size car of the British company Jensen Motors, published in 1936-1941 years. Was the first car company, based on a steel chassis production Ford Motors. The body panels Jensen S-type were made of aluminium.

Originally it had an 8-cylinder 2,2-litre models from Ford, later - motors by 3.6 liters from the same manufacturer, equipped with two carburetors downward flow and ignition Vertex. Produced 4-door sedans, 3-door station wagons and 2-door cabriolet with folding horse riding model Jensen S-type. The successor of the car became sedan Jensen H-type. Manufactured in the factories in West Bromwich, including in the early war period.
