1963 Citroen Hy Pickup Catering/Camper Conversion Project 75% complete

Great business venture prospect.
Im selling this Citroen H van as a catering project. much of the legwork has now been done i have spent over 300 hours labour on the van up to this point. Im guesstimating that it would take a month to complete and you could be ready to trade for the summer season for less than £15. 00.
Regrettably I am unable to complete my Citroen H van catering project due to lack of time. I am an event caterer and about to embark on a busy summer festival season and cant justify putting the project on the backburner til the winter. I used to trade from one of these Citroens and was hoping to do this one up for use myself. They have an undeniable charm and the petrol ones are especially useful as they qualify for Londons low emission standards. Im only looking to recoup what i have put into it.
I choose to go for a pickup version as it allows for 270 degree service (our previous van only had a small hatch. therefore our service speed was limited and van space was cramped). with this model and a canopy framework added to the back (photo of plans for the framework incl) you can serve from three sides or join a marquee to one side of the van and have a large open pass for food prep.
I have also attached a photo of an H van with a canopy for inspiration. existing framework is easy to remove
I have spent the last 3 months removing all surface rust. dismantling the van. cleaning. sanding. removing/reshaping most dents. filler work. priming. re-painting and re-assembling the van.
I bought. two new front doors. two new rear doors. new spare wheel cover panelgood condition passenger seat 
Engines is running and had £900 servicing done on it. The mechanic indicated that it may need new spark plugs at some point and that the distributor needs to be fixed as it moves in transit and can cause misfiring. Should be simple fix.

Works still needed to be completed and how much they would cost.

so all together up to £4180 to complete.
so van plus works altogether would come in under £12000. and you could be setting up a new venture for the summer.
