Seller's notes: "This 1940 Plymouth P-9 Road King is an all original unit with the following exceptions: radiator cap, gas tank cap, paint and interior carpet. The body has been lifted off the frame and new body mounts installed, new remanufactured floor boards from Plymouth supplier, brakes have new rubbers. Tires have good tread but are older 600 x 16. The paint is a very close match to the color under the hood. All chrome is in place except the rear bumperetts which have been painted. (not chromed) Vacuum tube radio has been rebuilt and works well (am). Unit handles well on the road and is powered by the traditional 6 cylinder Plymouth motor. Note the pictures for more details. Speedometer has 81000 miles and works. Interior is all original and has the expected upholstery wear spots."
